About Picture Perfect

Firstly I would like to tell you a little bit about Picture Perfect and how it all started. My career started a the age of 17 as a professional dancer, I have danced at famous venues all over the world, including Estoril Casino, Monte Carlo, Paris, Canada and Korea to name but a few. I learnt of lot of theatrical and photography make-up and hair techniques during my 7 year long dance career.

Most of my formal training was done at the Xpression Master Make-up Academy. I undertook the Professional Bridal and Fashion Make up course which included technical contents such as, analysing skin types, and face shapes, contouring (shading & highlighting), colour coordination and colour theory as well as medium to long creative hair styling and veil/headdress application. I moved back to England in 2002 where I have undergone further training in make-up techniques and also specialist courses in long hairstyling. Picture Perfect is based in Barnsley South Yorkshire and I offer professional bridal and special occasion hair and make-up service to clients within the Yorkshire area.

I have put a lot of thought in to exactly what service I would like to offer my clients. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, so my aim is to make you feel as confident and beautiful as possible.
